We have an immediate opening for a 15-hour a week, year-round, office-based Membership and Marketing Coordinator.  This person directly reports to the Assistant Director of Internal Operations and works closely with the Events Coordinator.

Duties include managing all aspects of the Farm’s membership program, including renewals, promotional drives, and retention. This person creates and maintains all donor records in NCOF’s database and online registration program (DonorPerfect), corresponds with donors, generates lists and reports, and analyses data. Marketing responsibilities include drafting e-newsletters (Constant Contact), creating and posting content for the farm and external websites, publications, and social media.

Candidates must be highly organized, technologically savvy, mission-driven, can-do, people-oriented, problem-solvers. Sterling computer skills, database experience (1-3 years), and excellent writing and editing skills are musts. Candidates need confidentiality, tact, and discretion, and the ability to prioritize and work independently in a fast-paced, constantly changing, and at times boisterous shared workspace. Sense of humor appreciated. 

Hours must be completed on a set schedule (TBD) Mon-Fri between 8 AM and 5 PM at NCOF. Hours will increase during build-up to events and will include weekends during events.

Do you have a strong interest in agriculture and the outdoors, love kids, communicate well, and like to learn new things? We’re looking for teachers September through June to teach everything from maple sugaring to forest and farm ecology to the life and care of our Farm animals. Training and support provided.
